If you’re open to helping, here are some ways you can get involved:

• Assist in creating a list of employees on your shift, which is crucial for tracking numbers.
  • Employee lists for departments (either printed or as a photo).
  • Review lists to identify union supporters and non-supporters.
• Share any questions you think your coworkers would like answers to.
• Help build our internal organizing committee.
• Speak to your coworkers about the union.

The more people we have involved, the stronger our voice. Many workers may not fully understand the benefits of a union, and some may be afraid to speak out due to fear of retaliation. If you’d like more information, feel free to ask.
